“Breaking Free”, first full-length of swedish hard rockers Aerodyne, is set for release on December 15, 2017 via Street Symphonies Records / Burning Minds Music Group, distributed by Sound Trek in Italy, AnderStein Music in Japan and Plastic Head in the rest of the World. With their first EP and music video “Old Flames Die Hard”, Aerodyne got the attention of rock fans all over the world, taking the decision of entering the studio in early 2017 in order to record their first full-length. The result is finally available in the ten outstanding tracks of “Breaking Free”, in which they show a powerful and dangerous mix of Scandi Glam and Sleaze Rock, driven by a big and unquestionable attitude. Frontman Daniel Almqvist says: “With ‘Breaking Free’, we wanted to do something honest. Most new albums I come across tend to be very well produced and slick as though with no heart in it, so we wanted our album to be the opposite – raw and genuine, as we think rock n’ roll should be all about – and I think we did a pretty good job”. Very welcome guest in the album is Crazy Lixx‘s frontman Danny Rexon, who provides his anthemic backing vocals on the track “Run Away”. The first official single, “Comin’ For You”, will be launched next week for streamig, accompanied by an official video on Youtube.

In 2008 the Swiss guitarist, Sammy Lasagni (Gods of Silence, ex Kirk, ex Godiva), met the Uruguay born singer Christian Palin (Random Eyes, ex Adagio) for the first time when Godiva, supported the band Adagio – fronted by Christian. The chemistry between the two was immediately obvious so they decided that they would, at some point in time, try to make music together. The two kept in contact but the years plodded along until 2015 when a certain long telephone call on a cold winter’s day changed everything. Right then and there they decided to get to work. They began writing songs and in record time 15 new songs were born. They decided to work with Dennis Ward (Unisonic, Pink Cream 69) as a producer. The guys soon after met with Dennis and introduced their songs. Dennis was genuinely impressed. So impressed that he agreed to work with them and joined the band not only as producer, but as a bass player too. The guys completed their line-up with Finnish guitarist, Ben Varon (formerly of Amoral and Grease Helmet) and Swiss drummer Philipp Eichenberger (Gods of Silence, ex Kirk). Panorama was born!
Under the direction of Dennis Ward, who took over the whole production (produced, recorded, mixed and mastered), the band recorded their debut album “Around the World” partially at HOFA studios in Karlsdorf Germany and at The TrakShak, Dennis’ private studio. It was a long process but the album turned out fantastic. A Hard Rock production with a bit of Scandinavian influences and Christian has proven himself to be a world-class singer.
The new album of EMPIRE is called “Chasing Shadows” is set for release on November 17th through Pride & Joy Music.
EMPIRE is the Hard Rock band of German guitarist Rolf Munkes (ex Majesty, ex Razorback, Crematory) which has released four exceptional albums in between the years of 2001 and 2007. On these releases, Munkes was accompanied by numerous high-class musicians.
The history of EMPIRE began in the year 2001 with the release of the album “Hypnotica” (Lion Music) which featured both the American singers Mark Boals (ex-Yngwie Malmsteen) and Lance King (ex Nightmare) on vocals. The line-up at the time was completed by Neil Murray (bass, ex Whitesnake, Brian May Band, Black Sabbath etc.), Gerald Klos (drums), Anders Johansson (drums, ex Stratovarius) and Don Airey (keyboards, ex Rainbow, Deep Purple). Rolf Munkes produced „Hypnotica“ himself; the mix was handled by Stefan Kaufmann (ex Accept, ex U.D.O.).
Only one year later, “Trading Souls”, the band’s second album came out on Lion Music. The CD once again was produced by Munkes with the mix being handled by Kaufmann. On this release, singer extraordinare Tony Martin (ex Black Sabbath) replaced King and Martin on the vocal spot.
Tony Martin also sang on the – up until now – most successful CD from EMPIRE, “The Rave Ride”, which was released in 2006 on German label Metal Heaven. Besides of Munkes, who, for the first also produced and mixed this release himself at his own Empire Studios in Bensheim, Germany, Neil Murray took again care of the bass work whilst the drums this time were handled by ex-Rage/ex-Axxis drummer André Hilgers.
In 2007, the so far last album of EMPIRE saw the light of day. “Chasing Shadows” was once again released on Metal Heaven and the first record feat. former Rainbow singer Doogie White in the line-up. Mike Terrana (ex Rage, ex Axel Rudi Pell, Tarja Turunen) joined the group on drums.
In 2017, German label Pride & Joy Music will re-issue all four releases in a revised version. “Chasing Shadows” which will be released on August 18th, 2017 with one bonus track.
Line-up: Tony Martin (Vocals, ex Rainbow), Rolf Munkes (Guitars, Crematory, ex-Razorback), Neil Murray (Bass, ex-Whitesnake u.v.m.), Mike Terrana (Drums, ex-Rage)
2001 – Hypnotica,

Perris Records is proud to announce the worldwide release of VAN ARX – Stand Together For Rock and Roll CD.
VAN ARX a unmistakable Hard Rock 80s style with everything you’d expect to see on stage during those wild and crazy times. Powerful original songs with a deliberate nod to icons like Kiss, Mötley Crüe, AC/DC and many more. With three lead vocalists, VAN ARX covers the entire spectrum of the genre and guarantees a diverse performance. VAN ARX also means a visual flashback into the 80s: four strong personalities carry the audience off into a time of glam rockers with long manes, platform boots and spandex. The musicians shed their identities and become Tyler String, Jake Fake, Brewster Kickass and Sticky Martin. Expect to be part of an exciting show with attitude, pyrotechnics, smoke and lights as the central elements of this collaborative work of art. 1984, the heyday of Hard Rock and Heavy Metal and the birth year of the Swiss band VAN ARX. After achieving considerable local success, the first chapter in the band’s history ended in the early 90s when the band members decided to pursue different musical avenues. But those formative years were never forgotten. 2014, a VAN ARX reunion. The joy was immense. A melding of musical maturity, old friendships and a passion for Hard Rock and Metal gave the band its direction. After a short warmup period, VAN ARX is set to relaunch in its original lineup with a solid live concept and a brand new album. For fans of KISS, Mötley Crüe, AC/DC and STEEL PANTHER.
