VANDALLUS from Cleveland Ohio, USA feature two thirds of the mighty Midnight in their line-up. VANDALLUS is Jason’s baby “aka CrazyV”, Midnight boss Jamie Walters also wrote a few songs to kickstart the debut album “On The High Side (2016)” via High Roller Records. The idea came about of making an album in the vein of late 1970s/early 1980s hard rock. Being that there was a significant amount of underground buzz about the music, it had become a functioning band.
The sound of “On The High Side” is a very direct and sort of old school sound, according to Jason, that’s exactly how it was originally planned: “The main vibe with this band is all about capturing an era that won’t be forgotten, just straight forward old school hard rock without the bs. I had the debut album mastered by Arnie Acosta (Santa Monica Mastering) whom worked on many of the classic productions of that time. The follow-up album “Bad Disease” was recorded live in the studio and released in 2018, and now here comes the 3rd powerhouse “Outbreak” ready to be unleashed upon the world. “I’m all about classic dynamic recordings with a real live drummer, no pitch shifting, and no crushed or fake elements.”
VANDALLUS are very much motivated to play live as often as they can. Generally, we like to stick to more festival-type shows because we like to put on a full out energetic performance without cutting any corners. The 80’s is an era that I’m truly inspired by, and through the music we’re trying to get the upcoming generations to be as inspired as I am. Our goal is to get the younger kids to see the energy and vibe, and experience what the classic shows were all about.

Clockwork make their debut with the videoclip for new single Closer, released via Heavy Load – Freemood (Tanzan Music group). The song is part of the ambitious project created by Lorenzo Masiero, with the aim of blending music and literature, creating a true metal opera characterized by a wide and rich musical world.
Clockwork is an eight piece band that features musicians Gianluca Capelli (drums) and Daniele Mandelli (guitar) from Dark Horizon, Luigi Riccio (bass), Lorenzo Masiero himself (keyboards) and singers Paolo Taurino, Fabio Brunetti, Rossella Moscatello and Francesca Trevisan, whose voices give life to the characters of the book written by Masiero (‘Clockwork’ -Albatros Publishing Group) that inspired the metal opera’s story.
The original novel’s plot narrate the life of a musician who sell his soul to the demon Phedus(Francesca Trevisan) in order to obtain the perfect melody. The demon will mislead the man fragmenting his soul in different entities that represent his emotions, Joy (Rossella Moscatello), Rage(Paolo Taurino) and Solitude (Fabio Brunetti).
The videoclip, directed by Niccolò Savinelli, shows the main character while is returning to the places of his youth. The young man in the video is a memory by the protagonist that became old and deprived of emotions.
‘Closer’ represents the melancholic sensation of arriving to the end of life without having reached your aim and with no possibilities to fix the mistakes committed.
The adventure of Clockwork has begun and will be enhanced by a full band theatrical live show.
The first single will be part of the Underground Symphony 25th year anniversary compilation by the italian record label, to be released by the end of 2019.
The new album from Gathering Of Kings called “First Mission” is set for release in late January 2019!

All songs written by hugely talented Victor Olsson except “The Runaway”, which was written by Maurice Gibb & Robin Gibb from Bee Gees. The song is a cover of Carolas hit single from 1986. So that’s our tribute to the best swedish female singer of all time!

Swedish heavy metal band LION’S SHARE is making its first five albums available on streaming services and digital service providers today, November 14.
The albums “Lion’s Share” (1995), “Two” (1997), “Fall From Grace” (1999),“Entrance” (2001) and “Emotional Coma” (2007) have all been remastered by Mike Lind (www.noterious.eu), giving them a new life. These new releases join LION’S SHARE‘s catalog titles already online — “Dark Hours” (2009) and “EP”(2018). The cover artwork has been touched up, and in most cases completely redone by Carl-André Beckston (www.noterious.eu).
The LION’S SHARE catalog features appearances by current and former members of Megadeth, KISS, King Diamond, HammerFall, Symphony X, Yngwie Malmsteen, Candlemass etc.

Eunomia is a Power Metal band from Norway formed in 2011 by Peter Danielsen. The group released a demo EP called “Crystal Sword” in 2013, and started writing and recording the debut album “Chronicles Of Eunomia Part 1” in 2016. After two years in the making, the record is finally ready to be unleashed.
It is set place in the fantasy world of Valley Doom and Eunomia created by the two brothers Marius and Peter Danielsen. The band invited several guests to help tell the story of Eunomia. With musicians such as Alessandro Conti from Luca Turilli’s Rhapsody and Twilight Force, Henning Basse from Firewind and Victor Smolski (Almanac, ex Rage), they have created an epic and cinematic concept album. The Soul Exchange is a band that mixes Classic Hard Rock with a contemporary Metal sound. They have taken influences from the 70’s Hard Rock scene and created their own unique style of Metal infused, guitar driven hard rock, with great attention to the melodies and grand vocal arrangements. The lyrics deals mostly with subjects from the darker side of life such as insanity and evil in various forms.
The Soul Exchange found their formula and sound with the line-up consisting of Daniel John (vocals & keyboards), Hans von Bell (guitars), Thomas von Bell (guitars), Patrik Ekelöf (bass), and Benny White (drums). Although mostly unknown to the wide public, all band members have long careers in the music business. They released the critically and likewise publicly acclaimed debut album “Bloodbound” in March 2017 on the Mervilton Records label and the five Track EP “Vow Of Seth” in December 2017 on the Pride & Joy Music label.
In the fall of 2017, the Swedish group began working on their 2nd full length release titled “Edge Of Sanity” that is penned for release on the Pride & Joy Music label on June 15th, 2018. It’s not a theme album per say, but lyrically all the songs have a common theme with lyrics that are metaphorical and treats the dark side of the human psyche. Musically the record is hard hitting and dark themed but not hard listening. Sonically ”Edge Of Sanity” is harder and darker than anything The Soul Exchange have produced in the past, but the trademark vocal arrangements and choruses are predominant, and grander than ever before.
In contradiction to the 2016 debut ”Bloodbound”, that was mainly written by Hans & Thomas von Bell with lyricist Jens Joel Evaldsson over a two year time span, all nine songs on the new effort were written in a very condensed period of time and a true team effort by Hans & Thomas von Bell, Daniel John and producer Magnus Ljungqvist with Daniel John taking over the full responsibility as the band’s lyricist. This has resulted in a much more coherent effort compared to the debut.

The video is directed by Berget Bergman (MMI,Reignsaw) and was filmed during our Scandinavian tour with Reignsaw and FKU. The song itself is about being let down by a friend from an ironic perspective.”
Formed in 1985 in Gothenburg, Sweden, ICE AGE took the metal world by storm, eschewing fashion for a collective punch to the throat. The all female machine quickly earned the respect of magazine editors and fellow musos alike in their five year run. The US power metal band Millennial Reign are back with their new album “The Great Divide”! A Dying Machine is the first concept album of Tremonti’s career and the music is inspired by a story that came to Mark while on the last Alter Bridge tour. The story, which is being turned into a full-length work of fiction authored by Mark Tremonti and John Shirley, takes place at the turn of the next century where humans and fabricated beings called “vessels” are trying to co-exist. Tremonti and Shirley are working on finishing the novel to release alongside the record.

Swedish metal band FREE FROM SIN released their self-titled debutalbum in 2015. The debutalbum was received very well in the hard rock and metal communities.

The album was first released digitally on label Blakk records July 7th, 2015 and a physical release followed in all of Europe September 25th, 2015 on label Pride & Joy Music.
Nils Patrik Johansson (LION’S SHARE, ASTRAL DOORS, ex-CIVIL WAR), will release his first solo album “Evil Deluxe”, this spring on German label Metalville.
“I have thought about a solo album for ten years, but then CIVIL WAR came into the picture and I used all my ideas for the three albums that we did” Nils Patrik reveals.
“After my departure from them, I felt that I wanted to focus 100% on ASTRAL DOORS and LION’S SHARE. But all of a sudden inspiration came back – and from out of nowhere I had 10 new killer songs. It felt natural to hire my LION’S SHARE band mate, Lars Chriss as producer and guitar player. My son Fredrik Johansson play drums on the record, so finally father and son Johansson will appear on the same album.” Nils Patrik adds.
