DIVINER is a heavy/power metal band from Greece founded by long-time friends and music partners Yiannis Papanikolaou (vocals) and Thimios Krikos (guitar) in the summer of 2011. The two of them also formed the well known Greek heavy/power metallers InnerWish back in 1995 playing in their debut album “Waiting for the Dawn” (1998) but after this release they had a long break of different musical quests.
Their new vision was to proudly express themselves by creating and playing something powerful, intense, deep, heavy, dark, melodic and inspired that at the same time would sound up to date. All this without losing the elements that reflect the essence of pure and timeless magic of metal music.
They were joined in the band by George Maroulees (guitar), Herc Booze (bass) and Fragiskos Samoilis (drums) and a deal was inked with the Swedish label Ulterium Records.
The debut album “Fallen Empires” was released in November 2015 and received very good reviews and feedback from around the world. After the release of the album the band played many shows and big festivals in Greece and also in Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland, and became known for being a great and energetic live band gaining a strong following.
Thimios Krikos left the band in 2017 due to a heavy and conflicting schedule and was replaced by Kostas Fitos.
Diviner entered Devasoundz Studios in Athens with producer Fotis Benardo in summer 2018 to record their second album “Realms of Time”. This time they decided to expand their music horizons, exploring more territories, adding new elements in terms of lyrics, melodies, riffs and atmosphere, making their songwriting more interesting and better. The band worked really hard on coming up with the best compositions, arrangements and production as possible for the ten songs they set out to record.
The final result show improvements on every level since the band’s debut album and “Realms of Time” won’t leave fans of heavy and power metal disappointed. The album is heavy, melodic and epic and it’s full of energy, power and emotion. Follow Diviner into the Realms of Time!

Faster and louder. Australia’s Black Majesty are back with their seventh album ‘Children Of the Abyss’ on Pride & Joy Music. Vocalist John ‘Gio’ Cavaliere’s classy and moody vocals wail over the first single ‘Dragons Unite’ backed by the thunderous rhythm section of Evan Harris on bass and Ben Wignall on drums. Guitar solos galore, the twin attack of Hanny Mohamed and Stevie Janevski team up for lots of guitar wizardry, reminiscent of their heroes Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Helloween & Queensryche.
Produced by Roland Grapow (Masterplan), the new album “Children of the Abyss” has a world class production with songs like ‘Hideaway’, ‘Something’s Going On’ and the title track that are sure to become fan favorites in the live setting.
With countless live shows under their belt, Black Majesty have toured with some of the most well known heavy metal bands on the planet whilst having played at the world’s best Heavy Metal festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Metal Universe, Screamfest & Headbangers Open Air.
Look no further than the mega album art by Thomas Ewerhard, “Children Of the Abyss” is one of the finest power metal albums of 2018
The album is set for release on September 21st/.

Swiss/Finnish/American hard rock band, PANORAMA, have signed with European label ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records. PANORAMA’s debut album “Around The World“, includes 11 tracks and is produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Dennis Ward(Unisonic, Pink Cream 69).
PANORAMA is:
Christian Palin – Vocals (Random Eyes, ex Adagio)
Dennis Ward – Bass (Unisonic, Pink Cream 69)
Sammy Lasagni – Guitars (Gods of Silence, ex Kirk, ex Godiva)
Ben Varon – Guitars (Amoral, ex Grease Helmet)
Philipp Eichenberger – Drums (Gods of Silence, ex Kirk)
In 2008 the Swiss guitarist, Sammy Lasagni (Gods of Silence, ex Kirk, ex Godiva), met the Uruguay born singer Christian Palin (Random Eyes, ex Adagio) for the first time when Godiva, supported the band Adagio – fronted by Christian. The chemistry between the two was immediately obvious so they decided that they would, at some point in time, try to make music together. The two kept in contact but the years plodded along until 2015when a certain long telephone call on a cold winter’s day changed everything. Right then and there they decided to get to work. They began writing songs and in record time 15new songs were born. They decided to work with Dennis Ward (Unisonic, Pink Cream 69) as a producer. The guys soon after met with Dennis and introduced their songs. Dennis was genuinely impressed. So impressed that he agreed to work with them and joined the band not only as producer, but as a bass player too. The guys completed their line-up with Finnish guitarist, Ben Varon (formerly of Amoral and Grease Helmet) and Swiss drummer Philipp Eichenberger (Gods of Silence, ex Kirk). Panorama was born!
Under the direction of Dennis Ward, who took over the whole production (produced, recorded, mixed and mastered), the band recorded their debut album “Around the World” partially at HOFA studios in Karlsdorf Germany and at The TrakShak, Dennis’ private studio. It was a long process but the album turned out fantastic. A Hard Rock production with a bit of Scandinavian influences and Christian has proven himself to be a world-class singer. Together with ROAR (Rock of Angles Records) Panorama found the perfect partner to release their album “Around the World” in early 2018. More to come…

A deal was signed with the Swedish label Inner Wound Recordings, and the Metalite debut album “Heroes In Time” is scheduled to be released in October 2017.

Power Quest led by founder and keyboardist Steve Williams, return with their 6th album, the first since 2011. “Sixth Dimension” is prime time PQ. Melodic, catchy and uplifting which are the trademarks of the PQ sound.
“Sixth Dimension” contains 9 tracks and the main lyrical theme running through the album is that no matter how bad things seem today, tomorrow is a new day and an opportunity for us all to step out of the shadows and be who we want to be.
The title track, co-written by Steve Williams and Richard West [Threshold] is a real tour de force bringing to mind bands like Marillion and Symphony X, whilst not losing the quintessential Power Quest identity.
“Kings and Glory”, the first single from the album is a traditional speedy power metal romp with a typically glorious vibe in the vein of Sacred Land, Glory Tonight and Survive. Songs like “Pray for the Day” and “No More Heroes” maintain the hard rock edge that the band have become known for over the years, whilst “Revolution Fighters” is one of the heaviest songs the band have written without losing the melodic edge that defines the PQ sound.
Ahead of the album release, the band are touring heavily including appearances at Sabaton Open Air in Sweden and ProgPower USA in Atlanta. In between these festivals Power Quest will be playing 3 shows in Japan with Freedom Call and Twilight Force before returning to the stage in the UK on October as special guests of DragonForce on an 11 show run. After that the band play 4 UK headline shows in late October. For all the latest tour dates check out www.power-quest.co.uk
Steve Williams, keyboardist and band leader, commented
“It’s such an exciting time for the band right now. So many awesome shows to look forward and we really can’t wait to unleash the new album and see what everyone thinks. I’m extremely proud of the collection of songs we’ve got on this record and it’s been an amazing process from the first writing period through to the finished product. I’m also thrilled to have 3 songs on this album that I wrote on guitar. Another first for PQ.
I’m also extremely proud of Ash, Rich, Paul, Glyn and Andy who have all worked like demons to make this a reality and bring the vision to life. See you all on the road!”
“Break the night and crack the sky, take me on to another time, show me how to fly to the Sixth Dimension”.
