The album is the first to feature vocal powerhouse Iggy Rod (Azeroth) and bassist Nic Southwood who joined after the release of the album “The Valiant Fire“. Alongside the release will be the bands first ever music video, directed by Sitcom Soldiers (The Darkness, Feeder). 2020 promises to be their biggest year yet.

“Symphony of War” is the new release by Orion’s Reign.
On this new work, the band, having already released the full length symphonic epic album “Scores of War”, emphasizes on the symphonic elements of its music and offers symphonic versions of songs from its latest album. Tim Ripper Owens and Mark Boals are guest vocalists. In addition, a folk version of song “Nostos” and a symphonic metal cover of “Elan” (Nightwish) are included.

Dark Horizon’s members join new symphonic metal band Clockwork….

Clockwork is the name of a new project founded by keyboardist and composer Lorenzo Masiero, which features two members from the symphonic metal band Dark Horizon, as the guitar player and producer Daniele Mandelli (Tragodia, Forgotten Tomb, Adramelch, ecc.) and the drummer Gianluca Capelli.

Clockwork isn’t only a symphonic metal group, behind this moniker there’s a true metal opera created by Masiero, which is also a book writer. It’s his own book entitled ‘Clockwork’ (Albatros Publishing Group – Il filo) that inspired the story for this music concept, composed of eight musician with two female and two male vocals.

Clockwork will debut on May 7th with their first single and videoclip ‘Closer’, released by Freemood – Heavy Load (Tanzan Music group).

The track will be part of the Underground Symphony 25th year anniversary celebrative compilation of the italian metal record label, to be released by the end of 2019.

EUNOMIA – “Chronicles Of Eunomia Part 1” out in August…

Eunomia is a Power Metal band from Norway formed in 2011 by Peter Danielsen. The group released a demo EP called “Crystal Sword” in 2013, and started writing and recording the debut album “Chronicles Of Eunomia Part 1” in 2016. After two years in the making, the record is finally ready to be unleashed.
It is set place in the fantasy world of Valley Doom and Eunomia created by the two brothers Marius and Peter Danielsen. The band invited several guests to help tell the story of Eunomia. With musicians such as Alessandro Conti from Luca Turilli’s Rhapsody and Twilight Force, Henning Basse from Firewind and Victor Smolski (Almanac, ex Rage), they have created an epic and cinematic concept album. The full cast is found in the attached pdf. “Chronicles Of Eunomia Part 1” was produced by the Danielsen brothers in Ålesund, Norway.

After releasing the title of the upcoming KAMELOT masterpiece and very first shows of the The Shadow Tour in the Netherlands, Norway and the UK, it’s time to take the next step in support of The Shadow Theory!

KAMELOT’s founder Thomas Youngblood states:      
“The Shadow Theory album is a psychological journey through the complexity of the Human Mind. We are subjected to stimuli constantly through media, technology, social experiments and AI. “Caelestia” is an extreme metal band, initially formed in April 2012 by Mexican-born singer/songwriter Dimitra Talamantes – Vintsou and bassist/composer Nikos Palivos. The band’s debut album “Beneath Abyss” was recorded and mixed in Basement Studios, while the mastering was undertaken by Fascination Street Studios in Sweden, under the supervision by sound engineer Tony Lindgren (Paradise Lost, Katatonia, Enslaved, Witchcraft etc.). The album’s artwork was assigned to artist Seth Siro Anton (Septic Flesh, Paradise Lost, Moonspell etc.).

The first album featured guest appearances by lead singer Bjorn “Speed” Strid of SOILWORK and drummer Markus “Makka” Freiwald of SODOM. The release was followed by an official video clip for the title track “Beneath Abyss”, which was shot on various locations in southern Germany, and was directed by German director Matthias Kollek (Vault Productions).

As far as live performances are concerned, Caelestia has appeared as a support act to the following bands: Katatonia (February 2014), The Vision Bleak (February 2015), Arch Enemy (November 2015) and Draconian (February 2016) among others.

The tracking & editing of the band’s second album titled “Thanatopsis” was successfully concluded in February 2017. The mixing and mastering of the new album was concluded by “Fredman Studios” (Gothenburg / Sweden), in the experienced hands of none other than Fredrik Nordström, a producer responsible for the creation of the famous “Gothenburg sound” (April 2017).

Like in the first album, there were appearances of renowned guest artists of the international metal community, i.e. drummer Jason Bittner (Overkill, ex-Flotsam & Jetsam, Shadows Fall etc). The album’s cover and artwork was prepared by French artist Gogo Melone (GM+ Studio). The band’s official album photography was trusted to Nikos Mylonas and Cosmas Hiolos (Krieg-Design) completed the graphic designs.
